Interpreting Dream God's Business

The five letter word "dream" has two meaning.  Its means “sequence of mental images during sleep”, also it means “something hoped for”. Despite its dual meaning it has a common factor; it deals with our hearth/mind. Our imaginations forms what we hope for and our mental images during sleep is usually a result of what our sub-conscious mind is dealing with.

Do you know both our dreams and goals have meaning? It not just always the way it seems, they have consequences, either we do them or otherwise. They both affect us not just our life but they shape the whole world too. Imagine if men like Albert Estienne, Albert Lincoln etc. Had neglected their dreams I don't know how long it would have took before the improvement they caused would have happened; or do you know?

This should prompt us to then know and understand that our dream matters. Your night meres, your unbelievable thoughts matters; yes both yours and mine, That’s why we must be able to know what they are, what they say and what they will be. In short we must be able to interpret them.

A man once had a dream (sequence of mental images during sleep) he didn’t know what it was, (good/bad) neither the meaning nor what will come of it, but he tasked to know about it. Due to his adventure to know more about his dream and thereby he met a boy. The boy heard of this dream, and it caused him to have his own dream (something hoped for), a way to store up excess from the farm for years.  Many years after, meteor rain down on earth thereby causing the land to lose it fertility, and the whole world turned to this boy for food; finally his dream came to pass.

The man eventually went to the boy and asked him how he knew this was going to happen, and he replied "Interpreting dream is God business". He told his story to the man; starting from his fore-fathers till present time. And it was clear that there are supreme beings and there is a much more supreme being too. This being speaks to us and his word as light and truth. He said this being is God and not among the gods. i.e. No one is like him. He explained how God thought him to store food. And so the land ate only from the boy had stored, a dream/goal he had fulfilled.

This has helped to know that if you and I know how to mix colour perfectly doesn't mean we become tailors; I might become a tailor and you a painter or even a logo designer. Because you are good with words doesn't mean must be a song writer, you can be a novel author. Our gift doesn't decide who we become but God decides because he knows best.

The man in my story was a king and the boy was a servant to a king official. That’s why he could build a food store big enough to save the whole world. Image what it would be like if the boy was the slave of an ordinary man in the city and the king just a man with a small family, what would have happened to the people. God knows best my dear reader.

Do you consider your night mere? Do you consider your goals? Or are they Childish in think e.g. How can man travel through air like birds? Or just not possible e.g. How can a none politician change the world, like stopping the killing of twins?

God will help turn dreams to reality, trust him, talk to him and be obedient to faith i.e. Believe in believing

The Call for Honour

It’s a thing of great excitement when a person is honoured. It brings social respect to the person and his family at large. Honour is what everyone should have; the question is how is honour received?

Looking into our immediate society, people who are honoured are those who have done a thing or two to help a different party (ranging from an individual to a large society even a country). Such acts are sacrificial, not a must but he/she has decided take it upon himself/herself to perform such task, example were acts by mother Teresa and the likes. We all desire to be honoured, having our name imprinted with Gold.

The switch of honour is turned on by discovery. The discovery of a problem and finding a solution to it, next to these is the risk of success or failure. Anyone who identifies a problem and seeks its solution will be honoured, irrespective of his willingness to be honoured.

There was a man named Joseph. He was a slave sold to a distance land, a land where he knew no one. Weak and helpless he was, but he never stopped to discover what the needs around him to be met. Even as a slave he was diligent and he grew in rank till he was at the top.

Eventually his sense of discovery was soon widely recognized. He discovered a way to store 7 years harvest (Imagine a person like that in a developing country like Nigeria). This was very helpful, for it saved an entire country and his neighbouring countries. And for these he was honoured, 70days mourning of a country for his father dead (a slave father dead). Honour is pleasurable but the secret most be learned.

How do we learn to discover and uncover the way-out? The secret is Meditation, meditation that lead to closure to divine power. There is a world beyond this one and when we meditate we connect to him or some might say a power we tap into when we meditate.

Meditation is the emptying or concentration of one’s minds either for spiritual purpose, relaxation etc. This enhances our natural intellect and makes it easy for us to discover the root of problems and their solution. Our purpose of existence is for a purpose and it has to be discovered. No one is made a slave without honour but our failure to meditate is the problem.

Now we have Jesus a helper at all time, come strength or weakness. Meditating on Jesus is the key to true discovery. He helps not just for discovery but gives an assurance which is in success, eternal life and glory, with peace, joy all in abundance.

Every soul is incomplete without discovery of one’s purpose; It a form of emptiness, a void. But even after discovering ones purpose, there must be an assurance that there is a reward or at least a personal desire satisfaction. Jesus knows all and he is for us all. Cling to him and he will fill your emptiness and met your needs also.

He created us and he wants nothing in return. Believe Jesus and meditate on his goodness you will see and see clearly. And he will honour himself in you. For as God glorified himself in Jesus; Jesus will glorify himself you and I. All glory and honour belongs to God and he gives it freely.

Worry is NOT Care

"Darling where are you? I've been worried about you..." This was a statement made by a loving wife to her husband. He had been out all day and no one knew his where about. The wife was so worried, so she made that statement. Looking into the statement, I would like us to understand the meaning of the word "worry" first. Worry has its origin from old English word from West Germanic meaning "strangle" or in Middle English “choke”. Worry is a feeling of actual or potential difficulty. From the origin and meaning of worry I have been able to understand that worry means to feel danger and be stiff, or be choke, been helpless and just expecting what ever happen next. "I was worried you wouldn't be able to control yourself, that's why I ask Tayo, your friend to keep a close watch on you. I care about you son." Care contrary to worry means to keep save and provide for. It also means to provide what is necessary for health, maintenance etc. Before one can care one must have felt a difficulty in situation or a person. From the two statements we can derive that worry is identifying a difficulty but care is providing what is necessary in a situation. Viewing it in a broader course one can say worry comes first while care follows. As humans we get shocked by sudden changes. This is changes causes us to worry and we do not take case might kill us. I have noticed that most people stop at worry instead of proceeding to care for themselves or others. Taking for an example a person had a set back at work, he is worried on how to feed the family. The truth is, his worry is good but what's better is for him to move on to start caring Finding ways to provide again. Worry is just to identify while care is where the solution is. No wonder the scripture say “Do not worry about anything but by prayer petition and thanksgiving offer you request to God" Philippians 4:6. Without doubt there are very bad situations in which man doesn't know the way out or just too depressed to find the way out. I tell you now the way out is by casting all your burdens on Jesus for he loves you and care for you. For anyone will to do this you just have to believe in your heart and confess in your heart. That Jesus Christ is Lord and has come to save you. For the scripture says" For God so Loved the World that he gave is only begotten son that whoever believe in him shall not perish but have everlasting life." if still confused about how God will help in your situation just do this and you will see him giving fresh ideas, providing opportunity etc. If you just accepted Christ as your lord and saviour you must first attend a bible believe church and you can register at http://www.teachingoftheword.com to meet many other believer like you on the internet.
